Sir after 4-5 km running, meri muscles me khichav aajata hai. Khichav Thai k back side me, pinduli me aata hai tatha 5-6 hours k baad pair k niche taluon me nahut jyada pain hota hai, jab Marji hathon ki kohni k upar ki muscles me khichav aajata hai, kaibar baithe baithe body me kampan mahsus hota hai jaise body me kampan ho raha hai or main control karne ki sochta hun Lekin nahi hota. Sugar test karwaya normal hai. 1 din hard excersise karli to agle 3 din karna Muskil hai. Pair k taluon se Chanlna hi muskil ho jata hai. Adi k back side me BHI bahut problem hota hai. Dono pair me yehi halat hai.

Before starting exercise do stretching of legs n warm up for 5-10 min. Then start exercise. Even after completing exercise again stretch leg muscles. Use ice pack on legs for twice a day .if still pain persist then visit to the Physiotherapist.
