I am 23 years old girl. I feel sleepiness and tiredness all the time. And I take enough sleep as the human body needed. While sleeping I do not feel like I am sleeping because of sleep talking (all day work repetition ,thoughts, stress etc, I talk loudly in reality. And I feel like I diet sleep at all. And one thing while sleeping I don't realize any sounds (very deep sleep) and feel eye pain after waking up. And not able wake in the morning. Please sir/ma'am help me with this. Is there any problem or it is normal?
