My daughter is 13 years old n her weight is 65 kg and day per day increasing .plzz suggest any diet so that her body shoulder be maintained according to her age .her diet is including more non veg. She tries to control but as she is teen so she prefer more non veg only. Plzz tell a daily diet and exercise that can be done at home itself.

Prefer nonveg in a healthy way like grilled bake, tandoor rather thn deep fry. Small frequent meal fibre rich in her diet daily 45 mins exercise. And better to get her counselled do take appoi�ntment.
