In my opinion your baby can breast feed for now and recheck her status after a month and in the mean time ask your wife to avoid - eating maida related food items and- to avoid eating sugar - and avoid eating junk food and we should review after a month and Take symptomatic treatment for your daughter for maintaining her vital parameters
