If I get fever and take paracetamol 650 still my fever does not reduce 1 degree fahrenheit and I have to take antibiotics to cure fever. But the problem is if I take antibiotics my stool becomes pellet like hard. So doctor prescribes a good probiotic and cremaffin 12 ml along with antibiotics but still my stool is hard and if my stool becomes little hard then anal fissure occurs which is very very painful and does not easily heal. I have 2 question.(1)- why by taking paracetamol my fever does not reduce not a short period?(2)- has any test to detect why by taking antibiotics stool is hard while normal stool is soft. (3)- so what I shall do to cure fever so that stool remains soft and no fissure. Pls give answer all my questions.
