Hi, I have just started brisk walking daily, about 1 week ago. I can feel that my body has started loosing some fats & I am feeling lighter, but on weighing scale I can't see any decrease in numbers. Why this is so? Please guide.

Walking makes you healtheir, and happier with every step. Weight loss will show after a few weeks. Also you need to reduce your diet, else you may not lose weight just by walking. Your overall calorie count needs to come down.
