I am 35, currently issues with high acidity. I am trying to narrate a yesterday's experience. @11 pm, I felt some jerk in brain like something hollow happened for just a 4-5 seconds then it get normal. This happened when I was lying on bed watching TV. But it's normal. Then I sleep around 12 am and @ around 2 pm in middle of sleep, I suddenly got up thinking if I am going to die. Something unusual feeling without any pain anywhere. I walked in hall for few min then worked on laptop and fall asleep in an hour and woke up in morning as usual. Anyone can tell what is it? How to treat it naturally? Note: while searching online, I see some young ppl also have such experience and may be related to brain signals. It took me to think on sleep apnea and epilepsy. My knowledge thinks epilepsy. 2 years back, when I was lying on bed around 11 pm, I had similar experience of if something hollow push in brain. That day it happened 4 times in 2 mins. After that it was all normal. Around 12 years back, I used to get up from sleep with some jerking in arm and hands. please highlight, how should I manage it .naturally and medically. currently I am taking pill Telmaxx50 and herbal medicine CardiaForte by midlife.
