I have blood pressure from last 4 years and sugar from last 10 years. In evening time I feel very nervous and feeling like death that soon I will die. Its always happen in evening at that time blood pressure is 140-150/85-90 normally 140/85 at evening. My age is 67. Why this happen I cannot understand. If you can advice which doctor I should consult or some one from Howrah/Kolkata whom I can discuss the full problem in his clinic or online.
