I am 19 and I my bp is mostly 150/90 I thought it was due to nervousness that I get when I see the machine. Now I don't know if its due to high bp or just nervousness at this age, I exercise and walk everyday. Also I have sudden spikes in my heartbeat sometimes during day. I have done all my tmt, blood test, ecg,Doppler test, kidney test etc everything is fine. I don't know what the problem is. I am a very easily stressed and become nervous and anxious but I can't help it could this be the reason if yes suggest some solution.
