My foreskin is attached to gland at backward side. When I retract my foreskin back to gland. The gland portion is likely to bend because it attached to foreskin. Is it normal}?

Yes one part of foreskin always remain attached to the glans penis....it is normal... if you can retract your foreskin comfortably then don't worry...
