I am 19. I am fear about my old age knee ache because from some days I am feeling pain. What to do to make my knee stronger from now?

Take healthy n protein rich diet ..avoid oily spicy and junk food ...drink plenty of fluids take fruit diet only once a week...massage your body before bath twice a week with coconut oil..exercise daily or walk 1-2 km daily early morning.
