Just get ultrasonic scaling done to remove tartar; may be subgingival scaling with mild currtage is also required. If bone loss present. Then we would see whetger horizontal or vertical. Leading to periodontal pocket. If mild grade 1 mobility is present is will heal on its own. Otherwise we need to splint either with rebond or composite. Rest assured no need to extract.
