In November 18. my surgery was done of my left testicle biopsy and in report tuberculosis is there and doctor said to take combutol 1000 pyzina750 everyday for 9 months and my other problem is I don't have sperms only 1 drop came out is this because of tuberculosis or this is different problem please tell me last year I got married and I am planning for baby but without sperm not possible please help and reply. What should I do for sperm?
