De?r well, coccygodynia is very resistant to routine treatment. you need good imaging and then can be successfully treated with ESWT.

Hi Well if it has become chronic and not resolving to any treatment modalities, we need to rule out any infection, which can be done by blood tests and a mri scan. If it is normal, then an intralesional steroid injection can be given which will help him to get rid of the pain.
