I have been suffering from burning like sensation right from my stomach till chest. Sometimes till throat. Having this problem for almost 2 years. Have consulted a couple of doctors. Feel better only while taking up their prescribed medicines. It starts again after a week time (when my course of tablet completes). Took endoscopy, doctor said have erosions on esophagus and duodenum. Tablets was prescribed for 20 days. After a week again, started to feel the burning sensation. 1. Can this be completely cured? 2. How long will it take to cure? 3. I maintain a strict diet plan. However, very rarely I have junk and spicy foods thinking that the problem is solved. I again feel the burning sensation which is very horrible. So in this case, should I completely avoid junk foods or for a certain period of time?
