Im feeling pinching pain radiating from low back to right knee and scorching pain in knee. My MRI report of L-SPINE is as follows:- DIFFUSE BULGE OF L5-S1 DISC WITH THE CENTRAL PROTRUSION INTENDING THECAL SAC AND COMPROMISING NEURAL FORAMEN. Whats the complications and what's the precautions to be taken to avoid surgery.
