Psoriasis is an auto immune disease and we can control it but not cure it fully and Few tips- avoid any triggering factor, take folicacid regularly, eat a healthy diet, always be stress free, exercise regularly and medication needs to be given after clinical examination and I will suggest you to meet a nearby rheumatologist for taking immuno suppresant medication.
