I got my body composition test done and it shows I have 38 kg of muscle that exceeds the normal range ;same goes for my body's water content, mineral content and protein content. I am looking for an aesthetic body to be able to become a model. I was planning to gain more muscle mass and loose more fat but the values for the body composition machine confused me. Please tell me what exactly should I do The values from the machine is as follows: skeletal muscle mass=38 (over) body fat mass =7.1 (under) ie 8.5 % body fat waist hip ratio =0.73 (under) protein=13.3 (normal range according to machine is 10_12. 3) water =49 (upper range is 45.4) and their is a variation in muscle mass on both sides of my body by avg of 0.2 kg.
