Dear Sir, For past one year I am suffering with throat dryness, itching and pain while swallowing upper side in the evening only. I am constantly feeling my nose clogged. I do take tablet laveta 5 mg from past 6 months. Please tell me is it safe to take the antihistamine regularly coz only this can relieve my symptoms temporarily. Please tell me what should I do to get rid of this.

U must be suffering from pharyngitis and rhinitis and mostly the cause is allergy. In modern science there is no permanent solution for this problem, as this is related to low immunity. You have to do regular yoga exercises including meditation and pranayam. You should avoid fried, spicy, cold, sour food items. Take steam two to three times daily. Avoid sleeping in day time. You should start with ayurvedic medicines to boost your immunity.
