I've been suffering from dandruff and also the tiny pimples on my face for the past 2 yrs. I was advised to use take terbinafine tablets, sebifin cream followed by sebowash shampoo for treating dandruff and tretinoin cream for pimples. After some days I could find the difference. But after a month or 2, I'm getting the same problem. The doctor again prescribes the same. And I fear using sebowash too much as I feel that my hair is changing its original colour. I went to homeopathy then, I took scalpton tablets, which I found no beneficial results. Pls help me. I want a permanent cure. I'm 22 now. I'm literally stressed with this problem.
