MRI of my left knee shows that there is hyperintensity of PD fat sat FSE images with no fiber discontinuity in the distal 1/3rd of ACL. I am thinking it's mild one because it states that there is no fiber discontinuity. I am having a doubt that whether it's a tear or stretch or rupture or sprain. Do all have same impact on the Knee. If not, how the prognosis will be in my case. I used to have pain. After the use of Tendo save tablets, vitamin C, and doing Physiotherapy for 1 week, now I am feeling better. Can I expect complete recovery without surgery so as to play low knee-impact sports like Badminton/Table tennis without having any further problems? Please suggest.
