I have scanty periods problem from last 2 years due to this, I have acne on my face neck, I tried all medicine ,hormonal pills, homeopathic treatment but no effect, from last four months, I am taking patanjali ayurvedic medicines like kachnnar guggal, chanprabavati, dashamoolarishta, rajpravartinii vati, a little bit improvement is seen ,is this treatment appropriate ,if yes for how much time I should continue wid the same treatment, my TSH level was normal last year mine problem is two years old, but now it is on borderline, ultrasound reports shows both ovaries containing follicles of subcentimeters, im two much depressed ,bcoz this condition causes pimples on my face, plzzz help.
