I've been using bdiff a as Microspheres in the night. I put small dots on face as instructed by my doctor. In the morning I find black dots on my face where I apply the gel. It's been about 10-12 days and some dots go away. But again come when I apply bdiff a gel. And doct. Gave me glocin to apply in the morning. Will this red and black dots go away? Or not? It's all for acne scars.

Hello, There are various treatment for pigmentation. From creams containing hydroquinone to milder ones of Kojic acid, niacinamide, arbutin. There is options of glutathione injections to oral tablets with vitamin C, also laser toning also gives good results. Laser toning using Q switch Nd Yag laser is an option but results variable. You may need 6-8 sessions at 3 weeks gap. Consult a dermatologist.
