Past 2 weeks, I was struggling through fissure but now I have pile issue, I don't have any problems with passing stool no bleeding as such, but my hand palms nd legs get heated I have a very little burning feeling in anus n it pains when sitting for a long time. As of now I'm using hadensa cream n taking steam thrice a day n lots of juices, can you pls help me with this to get rid.
