I am suffering from mouth ulcer for 5 days minimum on a month. I get repetitive mouth ulcers and I can't eat or talk. I have a fatty body and but in some days I don't feel to eat or I don't like to eat much. Consulted a doctor near my home he said the ill is 'GERD' I wish to know What's my problem.

Water has a neutral pH, which can help neutralize stomach acids and help your body absorb nutrients easily.
