Latest theory is body chooesterol is not directly related to Saturated fats. You should reduce processed food in tge diet. Do not eat out of packets. Take 15 to 20 ml of oil per day.

You can taken 5-6 teaspoons daily oils in different combinations of MUFA and PUFA. Within PUFA you need to take balance of Omega3 and Omega6. Excess of Oils and Excess of Carbs will lead to increase in Cholesterol for anyone. Only 15% of chosterol is consumed from food, rest 85% is manufactured in the body itself.
