My wife pregnant with 8 weeks, FHR 164 bpm, minor spotting is occurring, doc said bleeding is due to minimal placental separation via ultrasound. Growth is OK. What is this separation? What is the solution to prevent it. Bed rest or else? Suggest pl.

Little spotting during early pregnancy occurs due to little placental separation called choriodecidual haemorrhage. Rest and supportive therapy is the line of management. Most of the times pregnancy progress is normal.
