I am suffering from leg cramps during night time please suggest how to reduce it. With this pain i'm not able to sleep properly.

Do regular self stretching of your calf muscles and hamstrings twice a day, especially before sleep. Drink atleast 3_5 litres of water every day. Take tender coconut water, mosambi juice, lemon juice, ashgourd juice etc, regularly bto keep your body alkaline. Stop wearing high heeled footwear, stop eating white sugar.
