Hello doctors, From last 8-9 months I am facing anal fissure issues. Also after passing motion once I get urge to go again immediately. In last year I have faced this issue 3 times, and all the three times my gastroenterologist gave me lactifiber, cream gel and lidocaine 2%. But I have no improvement. Please suggest me a proper diagnostic route.
