I have married before 5 years. I didn't get any child . One issue my penis front side covered with the skin. May be that is the reason I didn't get baby. I have smoking and drinking habit.Please help me for getting conceive.

Good morning, You might need a physical examination, however, if you are able to urinate and have a proper erection and ejaculation, there should be no problem in having kids. If your doctor also has asked for a semen analysis and even that is normal, I strongly recommend that you consult a psychiatrist to have yourself examined and to go off of alcohol and smoking habits.
