Do not keep prolonged fasting avoid sleeping at day time do pranayam and try to keep your back straight (don't take support) avoid fried, oily, spicy food stuffs drink lukewarm water and practice yoga adopt an active lifestyle avoid aerated drinks, tea, coffee etc take boiled vegetables and fresh fruits.
