Hello, Actually I am facing some kind of problems from last 3 to 4 years, In 2013 September it was all started from dizziness and sooner it goes worse with numbness, cold hands, and weird anxiety but problem is I have never went to anything in my life which cab lead me to such anxiety symptoms and I went through all the medical checkups, they were all normal, and I took many medications of anxiety but nothing helped, at the end I stopped taking that medicines because they were not helping me out so I did not want to het habitual to that drugs because those contains some sleep salts in them, and its 2018 now but I face such symptoms till now, I feel like my hands and back side of head is light, I really do not know how to explain, like I feel weightless for all the time not even for few minutes, and those weightless feeling changes sometimes more sometimes less, and because of that long process from last few year, I have become emotionally weak and got panic even in very simple situations I do not know what to do its like I have stopped going to doctors because I have to tell these same stories which I really do not how I can explain my body symptoms, because they are way too weird, they always say its in my head, but if they are what I can do, why I feel it physically?
