I have continued pain on my face, it looks swollen. Even while chewing food there is pain. Headache and BP is high. Right hand too pains. It has become quite unbearable as there is always tingling sensation in head. When face is swollen inner part of cheek muscle comes in between teeth. Last month I suffered with skin infection too. There were red spots all around body. Please help.

Start with giloy medicated water, tab Shardharan kashaya 1tds, avoid junk, oily, spicy food, avoid non veg take very light food which is easily digestible. Go for few investigations also. Drink lot of fluid. For more details consult me.
