Diagnosed with gall bladder sludge with small mobile concretions. I am also suffering from Diabetes, Obesity, cervical spondylitis, sciatica, Hepatomegaly Gr 2, Prostatomegaly Gr 1. I lead a sedentary life. I was advised endoscopy. Due to the risks of bacterial contamination and gut perforation, I am not keen to undergo the procedure. Neither am I keen on surgery. I have a gut feeling that there must be some other way for a cure. Please if there exists a non surgical, medicinal approach, including Diet Modification and Lifestyle changes.

Endoscopy is very routine procedure with very minimal risk in expert clinics and some times it guides you in right direction for correct diagnosis and subsequent medical line of treatment along with life style modification. Fat restricted /calories restricted diet rich in fibre and vitamin for weight reduction may help in controlling gall bladder sluge and mobile concretions.
