Hello doctor, Some times back I have got hit by wall on my head still there is swelling in two places. Nowadays if something slightly hit my head or if someone press my head I feel pain in my head it is doing something in my upper head. I'm also facing hair loss like I'm loosing my hair day by day. Will that swelling be the reason for loss of hair? How to let that swelling go?

Hello lybrate-user I hope you did not fall unconscious or vomit or had any similar issues after the fall. If yes then you need medical attention first for your head injury, also you have a swelling so please do consult a specialist for it. As for hairfall, it is possible that it was present earlier but you noticed after the fall, or hair fall has quite a few reasons. If your hair is falling specifically from where you were injured then it could be that your roots are injured too. Hair fall can be taken care of with homoepathic medicine very well, and for that you can come back to me later, but first please get your head injury examined and treated and let me know what happened.
