Hello, I'm 37 year old male. Last year I had an inguinal hernia surgery. During pre-examination of surgery I had an anxiety which caused my BP 150/100, and ECG showed 110 HR (Sinus Tachardia), so Dr. started me 12.5 mg Aten25. Surgery was successful and I recovered very soon. Then after 3 months as I was getting married, so with consultation aten25 was tapered down within 2 months and then stopped completely because I never had such anxiety issue ever. After withdrawal had a anxiety and PVC issue for few days later on the frequency reduced and I'm feeling better. However, now I have started severe heart burn and also upper chest (above nipples area, both left and right) inflammation. The upper abdomen and chest area also have a inflammation. There is also a mild lower back pain. Below is the my overall symptoms list: 1. Upper chest inflammation and pain can be reproduce by gentle press at few places on chest area. 2. Heart burn and upper abdomen inflammation 3. continuous Shoulder and biceps pain with tingling in hand. Also, have started mild lower back pain. 4. However, I never felt breathlessness, No chest pain, I daily take a walk for 2.5 km (35-40 min) and no aggravation experienced. I wanted to know could this all be relating to heart disease? What diagnostic test should I take to get the root cause?
