I was detected as an ectopic pregnancy patient. Doc have given two dosages of methotrexate and now the brta hcg count has been reached from 8k to 6k. I still have light pain in my lower abdomen but I have not got bleeding yet. So how it could be treated? Aborted baby will be coming through bleeding or urine or stool?

At beta hcg levels of 8k/6k, you are not the right candidate for methotrexate therapy. Get laparoscopic salpingostomy /salpingectomy done ASAP.
