Sir my problem is less erection strength and premature ejaculation. I need more time and erection and stamina ,power. Now my problem is less power im tired during sex. I git orgasm very early than my partner during sex ,so then I fingered to her for get her orgasm. An erection starts in the brain. Physical and mental stimulation is required for an erection to begin. This stimulation causes nerves in the brain to send chemical messages to nerves which are present in the penis which results in the free flow of blood into the penis.
