What is the remedy for the following problems? A) Right Knee: 1) Horizontal tear in posterior horn of medial meniscus. 2) Grade III ACL tear. 3) Extruded lateral meniscus with lateral collateral ligament strain. 4) Intra & Pre-Articular fluid collection with synovial thickening 5) osteo-arthritic changes in knee joint. B) LS SPINE MRI of L-S Spine reveals - - - + - - - - - - Left- - - - - - Right-- - - - - Left- ---- 1) Degenerative disc disease with diffuse disc bulge at a l levels & mild bilateral neural foramina narrowing at L4-L5. 2) Mild disc protrusion at L4-L5 causing indentation over the anterior thecal sac. 3) Other degenerative changes as described above.
