I am 59 years old male. Govt. Of WB officer. Suffered knee injury in the year 1993. During plaster at knee possibly infection occurred and then varicose vein. I use tight stockings advised by Dr. of PG hospital. Now I am suffering from severe muscle cramp. I am seeking your valuable advice for medication or exercise.

That cramp may be due to Varicose vein, try appropriate Medical compression stockings made if Polyamide and Elastane of medi-Germany, alog with that do leg elevation exercises with elastic fun & Active band in lying and sitting position.
