I want to know about post menstrual syndrome. Serious cramping in lower abdomen near post and pre menstrual time. Pain is not traceable via ultrasound or MRI pelvic region. Now doctor says about IVP test. But due to constipation IVP test is not successful. Please advise / suggest some better treatment. Thanks in Advance.
