My weight is 38 kg age 20 years female unmarried I have done usg my impression is bilateral polycystic ovaries. My endometrium thickness is 3.2 mm after 40 days of periods is it normal. and 2 months gone there is no period. What I have to do now please tell me.

You are lean PCOD group. Life style modification is the first line of management of any PCOD. Start regular exercise, drink plenty of fluids, avoid junk food. Consult a good Gynaecologist & start insulin sensitisers like Metformin or Myoinostol or if androgen excess is there then anti androgen contraceptive pills can be given to regularise the cycles.
