I am a 25 year old male, suffering from severe giddiness since 2009. I have severe anxiety as well with shortening of breath, heart rate fluctuations. Remaining all reports normal like CT scan, MRI and all. Does severe giddiness cause due to anxiety? I am on psychiatric medication using clonazepam n escitalopram since 2 years. A little relief but not completely. What should I do now?

Chronic and severe Anxiety does cause giddiness. Kindly take sessions with a Psychologist as well. Also take care to not to continue, Psychiatric Medication on the basis of Self-medication (if doing so). Do make a routine of brisk walking in the fresh hygienic environment followed by 15-20 deep breaths twice a day. You would soon feel good and at peace with yourselves.
