First of all u need to do regular exercise,,do some weight training,,take honey in warm water with lemon juice in the morning,,take oatmeal ,,boil egg,,fruit,,,,in lunch take two bowl rice or chapati,, chicken curry or fish,,salads,,in the evening take nuts,,or sprouts,,or soaked peas,,pea nuts,,in dinner take one roti with salad,,soup,,this will help
