I am suffering from cough since last three night and I have chest pain whenever I cough please suggest me something for that.

Your chest pain is because of intense cough and what your having is a chest infection you need to take some kind of antihistaminic scuff medications like cheston cold or cold act twice a day and steam inhalation with Betadine mouth gargle 3 times a day for the next 3 to 6 days.
