For weight gain, muscles and stamina- drink milk regularly, eat more proteins such as paneer/ tofu, eggs, beans and lentils, peanut butter, various dry fruits and nuts and seeds. Also have other dairy products such as cheese. Eat more bananas and rice. Along with this diet, exercise regularly. And increase your meal portions by some amount. We are here to guide you.
