I am a 16 year old male and since a very long time (approximately 3 years) have been experiencing Hyperhidrosis in both my palms. Also the lines on my palms have darkened, plus I have a lot of lines on my palms. There are dark spots at some places too. My doctor advised me to apply Aldry Lotion before going to sleep for 30 days. Kindly help.

Aldry lotion can be used under doctor's prescription. Avoid excess exercise Avoid wearing black dress Avoid excess alcohol Drink 2-3 liters of water daily Use rose water/ lavender oil in bathing water Bath in cold water Soak 10 raisins in water and keep it over night. Take this on your empty stomach Regular purgation therapy is needed take 1 tsp of amla powder with ghee/ honey after taking the raisins Practice pranayama daily.
