Getting up early is must for good mind set. Avoid canned and preserved foods. Try to have fresh food rest over food produces free radicals in body which is harmfull for brain and other vital organs ensures intake of fresh and saturated fresh air in mrng hrs in an open area (deep breathing will be best) 2 drops of BADAM ROGAN in each nostril before sleep for regular basis will helps a lot. Some ayurvedic medicines are also available for this in market you can consult me back if you also want to start that. But only nasal adminstration along with above mentioned tip will also be sufficient.
