I have been recently diagnosed with chronic pancreatitis. The MRCP test have confirmed mild calcification. I have developed diabetes and have been advised to have insulin (18 units lantus) + dianorm 60/3 day along with Panlipase 25000 thrice a day. Please advise if there is a cure to get rid of calcification & Diabetes. My Lipase reports were 8 which is lower as compared to 13.
