I am 50 years old male. I started walking since a month and presently y'all for half an hour. I take olsar10 and ecosprin 75 one tablet each a day. Till what level of physical activity. Walking. Running I can do?

You should increase it slowly upto 1 hr. Above that also if you are comfortable. After reaching 1 hr of brisk walking you can do light stretching and body weight exercises.
